L scan is not initializing
Solution
1. plug L scan on proper port/L scan driver pre installed port and then run EthiopiaClientInterFace from C:\Program Files\Ethiopia OLE
2. plug L scan and then update L scan driver from spcific folder. Right click my computer >> manage >> device manager >> right click on live scanner >> update driver and then give specific folder what L scan driver being exist.
