 How do I submit a ticket in customers' name?

Solution

Sometimes you might want to create a new ticket yourself, for example when a customer contacts you by phone. To submit a new ticket as staff: 1. Login to the HESK staff interface 2. Click the + New Ticket link located in the top right corner 3. Enter ticket information and submit it
